Join us for a special member event on February 28th led by the owner of Grazing Amazing, Gaby Rios.

Gemma Floral Boutique will provide us with 5 1-oz tasting pours of paired wines, and Gaby will take us on a cheese journey that covers:

-The basics of cheese history and making

-Presentation of 5 cheeses on a wooden serving plank- fresh cheese, alpine style, blue style, soft-ripened, Spanish pressed-curd (how each is made, origin, rind style, curd style, and aging process)

-Tasting notes and characteristics

-Pairing exercises

Enhancing togetherness through the art and enjoyment of grazing, Gaby Rios founded Grazing Amazing to provide inside and out-of-the-box, element of surprise experiences to Tampa Bay. Gaby has 10 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant marketing and sales (specializing in menu development, large-scale special events, and restaurant openings). She studied hotel and restaurant management at the University of Houston’s prestigious Hilton School.
