So many women go through the struggle of finding a career that brings them happiness, and many land on entrepreneurship. Although it is not always easy to start a business, there are several things I learned along the way that I want to share with you.

Many of us go through the process of starting a business without  goals or a plan. We must have an idea of where we want to go in order to be successful. Making sure you have the right offers, messaging, and knowing your worth are just a few of the  things we discuss in this episode.

I want to share with you seven tips to successfully start (or restart) your business to set yourself up for success, and give you advice on what not to do.

• Why having a business plan is so important when starting a business.
• How you should only have 2-3 signature services as a service provider, or only one message as a product based business..
• What it’s like to do all of the things in our business, how outsourcing can help, but when is the right time?
• The ways paying for knowledge will help better your business and get you where you want to be.  
• Paying close attention to where your referrals are coming from.
• Ending business engagements as soon as a red flag goes up, or they don’t fall into how you work and operate.
• How you will need to recalibrate your business many times.
