We usually form our identity from what others have expected from us and the different roles we have in our life e.g., wife, mother, business owner, CEO, sister, daughter, friend, co-worker etc.  But we have not often spent enough time thinking about who we are, independently of these roles.  This may actually be getting in the way of achieving your business and life goals.

When we aren’t getting the growth or expansion that we want, or feel our big goals are always out into the future, its often because we don’t see ourselves as aligned to that vision now. This session will help bring awareness to where changes might be needed to start aligning to their big vision and goals now.

In this workshop, you will learn:

1. How to identify where you are aligned v’s misaligned to know who you need to be to reach your goals and vision.

2. How to know where you might be self-sabotaging and how beliefs are holding you back.

3. Practical steps you can do to start taking action to become who you need to be.
